Since its very beginning, The Joshua Fund has sought to bring help to the poor and needy in Israel through local distribution centers that provide food directly to those in need. The most recent statistics that have been released by the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) shows a continued increase in those who are at risk of falling below the poverty line.
