The Joshua Fund Ministry Partner helps Israelis study the Word of God
One of our special ministry partners has launched a new website aimed at helping Israelis of all backgrounds study God’s Word. The newly launched website provides easy access to the Bible in English, Hebrew, Arabic and Russian, and also includes daily devotionals and study guides. Several years ago they provided leather-bound copies of the Bible, including the New Testament, to each member of the Israeli Knesset. The Joshua Fund is honored to have been a part of the team that is creating new tools to make it easier for citizens of the Epicenter to access the timeless truths in God’s Word.
In related news, Israel Today magazine reported that statistics published by an internet-based evangelism ministry show a significant increase in the number of Israelis searching online for matters of faith, and especially as they relate to Yeshua (Jesus). This growing curiosity regarding faith in Yeshua is confirmed by statistics showing that every month 18,000 Israelis search Google for the term "redemption," while over 22,000 search for "Yeshua."
Your partnership with The Joshua Fund has provided key encouragement in enabling the creation of this website as well as other key internet-based ministries in the Epicenter. Please join us in continuing to pray that our ministry partners will continue to exhibit wisdom in using today’s technology to reach those who are searching for God’s truth.
For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven and do not return there but water the earth, making it bring forth and sprout, giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it. Isaiah 55:10-11
